Scholarship Application
The Jason Jensen Scholarship Program was designed to encourage and promote the higher education goals of students who have participated in junior golf and who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement.
The applicant must be enrolling as a full time student at an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university.

Completed application due to the Jason Jensen Scholarship Committee on or before April 30th. Due to the volume of applications to process, we regret that any incomplete application will be automatically disqualified from further processing.
